Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Site Lead to manage day-to-day operations at the Amazon STN6 site in Northampton. The role requires supervising engineers, using CAFM/IBMS systems, and ensuring high standards of health & safety and building services.

The successful candidate will compile monthly reports, handle quotations, and coordinate across multiple sites while maintaining professional client relationships and delivering reliable service. A strong IT skillset and familiarity with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing engineers and specialists.
• Experience with CAFM systems, e.g. IBMS.
• Ability to compile monthly reports.
• Experience with raising work orders and budgetary control.
• Strong IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and M&E Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day operations at ABM Amazon site.
• Liaise with on-site RME team to deliver service.
• Raise quotations and submit to customers.
• Maintain site log books and safety records.
• Train and supervise engineers.
• Support monthly reporting and budgeting.
