  • Managing the contract against agreed KPIs and SLAs, championing continuous compliance improvement

  • Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and identifying opportunities to grow the scope of work

  • Overseeing electrical, mechanical, and building services - including heating, cooling, compressed air, pure water, and effluent systems

  • Driving improvements to Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

  • Leading, developing, and motivating your site team

  • Chairing monthly performance review meetings with clients and service providers

  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental legislation

  • Participating in the on‑call escalation rota

  • Experience managing engineering personnel

  • Background in food manufacturing or distribution is an advantage

  • Confident managing contractors, budgets, and site compliance

  • Solid working knowledge of key H&S legislation (PUWER, LOLER, PSSR, etc.)

Why join this facilities engineering team?

You’ll be joining a business that values technical excellence, client relationships, and giving people the autonomy to lead their site. This is a role with genuine scope to shape how services are delivered - and to grow the contract you're responsible for.
