Qualifications

• Experience coordinating engineers, managing workloads and ensuring maintenance works are delivered efficiently across multiple contracts.
• Strong communication with engineers, subcontractors and clients; able to prioritise under pressure.
• Proven ability to manage engineer diaries, allocate work and chase updates.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems, spreadsheets and client portals.
• Experience in a Facilities Management, Building Services or maintenance environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers and manage daily workloads.
• Coordinate reactive, planned and remedial maintenance works.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Manage engineer diaries and allocate work effectively.
• Raise purchase orders and process associated paperwork.
• Monitor job progress and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Chase outstanding paperwork, quotations and job updates.
• Update CAFM systems, spreadsheets and client portals.
• Support compliance activities and contract administration.
