Qualifications

• Experience coordinating engineers, managing workloads and ensuring maintenance works are delivered efficiently across multiple contracts.
• Strong communication with engineers, subcontractors and clients; able to prioritise under pressure.
• Proven ability to manage engineer diaries, allocate work and chase updates.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems, spreadsheets and client portals.
• Experience in a Facilities Management, Building Services or maintenance environment is advantageous.

Do you enjoy being at the centre of the operation, keeping engineers moving, solving problems and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing facilities maintenance business that continues to secure major contracts and invest heavily in its people. Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint a Service Planner to join the operations team at the company's head office in Knutsford.

This is a busy, fast-paced role where you'll be responsible for coordinating engineers, managing workloads and ensuring maintenance works are delivered efficiently across multiple contracts.

No two days are the same. One minute you'll be planning engineer schedules, the next you'll be speaking with clients, chasing updates, arranging subcontractors or dealing with urgent maintenance issues.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling engineers and managing daily workloads
