This fast-paced, on-site role in Manchester offers 28,000–32,000 GBP DOE with clear progression, working Monday–Friday. You will liaise with engineers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination and contract coordination.
• Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance planning.
• Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors and clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling engineers and managing daily workloads
• Coordinating reactive, planned and remedial maintenance works
• Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Managing engineer diaries and allocating work effectively
• Raising purchase orders and processing associated paperwork
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring service levels are achieved

Are you experienced in coordinating engineers, managing maintenance works and keeping operations running smoothly?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing facilities maintenance business that continues to secure major contracts and invest heavily in its people. Due to continued growth, we're looking to appoint a Service Planner to support a major, long-term contract based in Manchester.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll be at the centre of the operation, coordinating engineers, managing workloads, updating clients and ensuring planned and reactive maintenance works are delivered efficiently.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Scheduling engineers and managing daily workloads
• Coordinating reactive, planned and remedial maintenance works
• Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients
• Managing engineer diaries and allocating work effectively
• Raising purchase orders and processing associated paperwork
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring service levels are achieved
