Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a maintenance leader to oversee reactive and programmed maintenance across designated sites, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and MoD mandates. The role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality services and managing both internal teams and supply partners.

The successful candidate will manage documentation, ESTS/FASP planning, and CAFM records, while driving KPI performance and contributing to sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification in Building, Civil Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Continuing Professional Development and safety training (IOSH, Emergency First Aid, Fire Safety) expected.
• Full UK driving licence and SC Clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Reactive and Planned maintenance across designated sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Manage the ESTS, FASP and CAFM records; ensure accurate asset documentation.
• Monitor statutory compliance and drive KPI performance with DIO and establishments.
• Initiate sustainability projects to support MoD Net Zero targets; identify billable works.
• Provide On Call leadership and swift operational response when needed.
