• Proven experience in building and facilities, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily facility checks of the office and external grounds.
• Maintain compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Oversee the work of external maintenance staff.
• Generate purchase orders and track monthly invoices.
• Assist with internal event coordination.
