Job summary

BAM FM is recruiting a Premises Officer to join our facilities management team. The role is based at Tudor Grange St James Academy in Solihull, working 37 hours per week across 40 weeks per year, with an hourly rate of £13.50.

You will perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance, support site operations, manage rooms and porterage, ensure health and safety compliance, handle spares and tools, and provide emergency access outside hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or trades.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to use common software.
• Full driving licence required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily requests and resolve issues from Authority representatives and users.
• Proactive maintenance and porterage duties.
• Deliver high level of customer satisfaction through quick response and completion.
• Develop and manage ongoing maintenance programs.
• Provide details to enable purchasing of spares via the helpdesk.
