BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Site Manager to lead on-site FM services at a Midlands school. The role is based on site with typical Monday to Friday hours aligned to site needs, traveling occasionally across Trust sites.

You will manage a on-site team, coordinate M&E, building fabric, cleaning and caretaker duties, ensure safety, SLA compliance, and oversee contractors. The position requires hands-on leadership and a proactive customer-focused approach.

Qualificações

• Experience of managing teams on site in a live environment.
• Experience delivering hard and soft FM services.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety compliance and safe systems of work.
• Ability to build relationships with school staff and stakeholders.
• Understanding of SLA/KPI requirements.
• IT skills including CAFM systems and MS Office.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all FM services on site to meet contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Manage on-site team, including performance, training, and attendance.
• Oversee third party contractors, ensuring safe working practices and quality.
• Support H&S compliance, record keeping, and fire safety requirements.
• Coordinate planned preventive and reactive maintenance with the Trust sites.
• Maintain site presentation, waste management, deliveries, and general duties.
• Liaise with school staff and stakeholders, with regular meetings and actions.
