BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an FM Premises Officer/Site Manager - Soft Services to join our FM team at The Heights Academy, Solihull. The role operates a split shift from 7:00am–11:00am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with site-based duties and occasional travel to other Trust sites.

You will lead all FM services on site, including M&E and building fabric, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery while coordinating with catering and cleaning contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering both hard and soft FM services in a live environment.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety compliance and safe systems of work.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day site operations and dealing with issues as they arise.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate all FM services on site including M&E, building fabric and caretaking duties.
• Ensure site remains safe, compliant and on schedule with SLA requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors and coordinate third party services where required.
• Maintain site records, audits, and risk assessments with the Trust representatives.
• Support procurement activities and purchase requests following approved processes.
