Job summary

We are seeking an engaging Facilities and Support Services Coordinator to join The National Trust on a fixed-term basis. Based at Penrose Bunkhouse, you’ll coordinate facilities, support staff and volunteers, and supervise contractors on site.

You’ll be IT confident, using Word, Excel and Outlook, and maintain accurate records with NT systems while upholding high presentation and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Well organised with an eye for detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Experience in a Business Support environment; IT proficient (Word/Excel/Outlook) using NT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination for the property office and facilities.
• Support staff and volunteers, supervise contractors on site and manage logistics.
• Maintain accurate records and internal communications using National Trust systems.
