Job summary

National Trust is seeking an organized Facilities and Support Services Coordinator to join our small team at Penrose Bunkhouse, Chyvarloe. This fixed-term contract supports the Lizard and Mid Cornwall Portfolio, coordinating facilities and administration for staff and volunteers.

You'll supervise contractors on site, handle day-to-day operations, and maintain records using National Trust systems while working with colleagues across the portfolio to create an effective working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office responsibility.
• IT confident, using National Trust systems and various IT packages to keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administration service and assist the wider Herefordshire team.
• Supervise contractors on site and support staff and volunteers on day-to-day operations.
• Be the first point of contact on the phone for general enquiries and coordinate logistics.
• Ensure compliance with National Trust systems and maintain accurate records.
