Job summary

Equans Group is recruiting a Work Flow Co-Ordinator in Speke, Liverpool. The role involves handling work orders from enquiry to completion, updating Maximo, and dispatching maintenance tasks to engineers and subcontractors.

You will log requests, track progress and ensure SLA compliance while delivering strong customer service. Ideal candidates will have CAFM experience (Maximo preferred), excellent communication skills, and solid IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAFM systems, ideally Maximo.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Log and interpret work orders, update CAFM with status.
• Plan, dispatch and re-plan maintenance work for engineers/sub-contractors.
• Ensure SLA targets are met and provide regular status updates to customers.
