Job summary

Equans is seeking a Work Flow Co-Ordinator to join the team in Speke – Liverpool on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role involves responding to customer enquiries, planning and organising the full life cycle of facilities management work from enquiry to job completion, and ensuring SLA targets are met.

You will interpret and log work orders in the CAFM system (Maximo preferred), plan and dispatch reactive and planned maintenance to engineers, sub-contractors and site

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting and logging work order requests into CAFM systems.
• Understanding SLAs and setting customer expectations.
• Ability to schedule and dispatch engineers, sub-contractors and site managers.
• Strong customer service skills and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and service requests by telephone and e-mail.
• Interpret and log work order requests, input details into CAFM and provide status updates until completion.
• Understand, apply and communicate the SLA for each service request to customers.
• Sort and dispatch calls to engineers, sub-contractors and site managers based on skill, location and service arrangements.
• Re-plan/assign as needed to manage workload and priorities of response.
• Meet SLA targets and respond to customer requests.
• Plan daily workload for engineers using available systems.
• Prioritise urgent jobs and dispatch operative support to meet demands.
