Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator/Assistant Facilities Manager for our site in Warwick. The role combines hands-on operational coordination with leadership, directly managing FM staff and site teams to deliver compliant facilities services.

You will oversee day-to-day FM delivery, manage maintenance workflows, coordinate contractors, and ensure governance, safety, and stakeholder engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities teams and coordinating across busy sites.
• Strong knowledge of QA, health, safety and environmental standards (QHSE) and statutory requirements.
• Ability to drive service performance, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FM service delivery to ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance workflows and work order priorities.
• Conduct site inspections and act as primary contact for site stakeholders.
• Lead contractor management, onboarding, and quality checks, with RAMS compliance.
• Support procurement, PO creation and supplier invoice validation.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support audits and governance.
