Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and tenants and deliver top service.
• Oversee budgets, monitor KPIs, and manage service agreements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and external contracts for site works.
• Lead on health, safety, risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Prepare management reports and communicate site changes to the Contract Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency on site.
