Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a strategic Head of Facilities to lead a broad portfolio of Facilities Management across multiple sites. You will work with senior leaders to deliver safe, high‑quality and cost‑effective services and develop talent across the workforce.

The role requires visible leadership, collaboration with clinical and corporate teams, and a focus on wellbeing, development and accountable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities/estates teams in a large organisation.
• Ability to manage budgets, contracts and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities services across catering, domestic, security, waste, logistics, stores, car parking and switchboard.
• Drive service improvement, quality, efficiency and sustainability.
