Job summary

Morson Group is looking for a motivated and organised Facilities Assistant Manager to support the effective management and operation of facilities at a site in Southwark. The role involves coordinating contractors, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

You will help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment by supporting day-to-day facilities operations and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate and manage contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily facilities operations and contractor engagement.
• Support maintenance scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management.
• Support health and safety compliance and site inspections.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
• Provide administrative support including use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with the operation and administration of CAFM systems where applicable.
