Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager in day-to-day operations for building services in the London area. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise RAMS, and mentor site engineers to ensure safety and reliability.

The role includes managing work orders, conducting QA on PPMS, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring business continuity with on-site staffing and emergency cover.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining building services, with hands-on supervision.
