The IKEA Sheffield market is looking to hire a Unit Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer & co-worker experience. Our FM role includes managing all store facility activities, implementing Ingka FM, and ensuring safety, compliance, and maintenance across the property to keep the business running smoothly.

Qualifications

• The ability to deliver hard and soft FM services.
• Experience directing contract and supplier relationships.
• Background in retail facilities management and end-to-end project management.

Responsibilities

• Our In-Store Facilities Manager will manage all Facility Management (FM) aspects in the store to optimise the value and efficiency of the property sustainably.
• Manage the implementation of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the store through the Unit FM team.
• Responsible for safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment.
• Oversee contracts with suppliers and ensure governance alignment to improve costs and quality.
• Provide leadership and develop the team to enable succession planning.
