Job summary

Greystar is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to ensure high cleanliness standards within the community. You will coordinate with residents and contractors, manage maintenance tasks, and maintain records in line with Greystar policies.

The role requires a trade qualification, strong health and safety awareness, and the ability to multitask across repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. London-based with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• General level of education to GCSE/O'Level with writing and numeracy skills.
• Awareness of health & safety requirements onsite.
• Continual self-improvement in knowledge and skills.
• Essential: trade qualification in repairs and maintenance for residential buildings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the community.
• Communicate clearly with residents, clients and colleagues.
• Manage budgetary and resource parameters for services.
• Monitor maintenance reporting systems daily and coordinate with tenants.
• Administer maintenance records per Greystar policies.
