Qualifications

• Several years' experience managing a mixed-use property portfolio
• Experience setting and managing service charge budgets
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and statutory compliance
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site inspections and liaise with tenants to resolve issues
• Coordinate with external contractors to ensure reactive and PPM works are delivered
• Produce and manage service charge budgets with the finance team
• Oversee site health and safety and statutory compliance
• Manage fit-out projects and refurbishments with internal and external teams
