Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Facilities Manager to join the team in Titchfield. The role entails managing a group of properties in line with health and safety standards, budgets, and client requirements, while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will monitor facilities management activities on site, oversee third-party contracts, and maintain records to support regulatory compliance and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Previous facilities management experience. This includes Line Management responsibility for Company personnel and contractors and management service agreements as applicable.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• High degree and knowledge reference of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements and ideally IOSH or NEBOSH qualified

Responsibilities

• Monitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers/sub-contractors.
• Ensure the fabric of the building is maintained and serviced to a high standard in line with budgets.
• Be responsible for all health and safety compliance onsite.
• Oversee third party contracts to ensure standard of service as per contract.
• Prepare, control and monitor service agreements in line with client budgets.
• Monitor KPIs and take remedial action to maintain standards.
• Maintain management information/records related to health and safety.
• Develop and maintain tenant relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Proactively manage risk and insurance issues on site.
• Coordinate with building manager and procurement to compile external contracts.
