Job summary

Time Recruitment are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties from Bolton. You will manage both hard and soft services, ensure compliance, maintain tenant relationships, and deliver high service standards.

The role focuses on operational excellence, reporting, and strong stakeholder liaison, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary up to £45,000 DOE plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing hard and soft facilities services.
• Project management and contractor oversight experience.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all facilities services to agreed specs and SLAs.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance including reporting.
• Maintain strong tenant, contractor and supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate inspections and audits including Fire Risk Assessments.
• Produce monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.
• Support health and safety initiatives across the portfolio.
