Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent is required.
• FM experience including line management of staff and contractors.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation; IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor FM works onsite and liaise with service providers.
• Ensure building fabric is maintained to high standards within budgets.
• Oversee health and safety compliance on site.
• Manage third party contracts to meet service standards.
• Prepare, control and monitor service agreements per client budgets.
• Track KPIs and take remedial actions to maintain standards.
• Compile and maintain management information and records.
• Develop and maintain tenant relationships and service quality.
• Proactively manage risk and insurance issues on site.
• Coordinate with building manager and procurement for external contracts.
