IWFM is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a temporary assignment at Milton Park, Oxford. The role covers day-to-day site operation, maintenance and compliance across multiple buildings, with a hands-on approach to maintenance, contractor management and project work.

The position requires leadership of a facilities team, robust knowledge of HVAC, electrical and building systems, and strong HSE compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management or building services.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building maintenance systems.
• Experience managing contractors, projects and facilities budgets.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience using CMMS or facilities management systems.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Hands-on role with occasional manual handling and site maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site across multiple buildings.
• Deliver and oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Manage contractors, supplier relationships, permits to work, RAMS and compliance documentation.
• Ensure the site remains compliant with Health & Safety and statutory regulations.
• Lead and support the Facilities Team, cleaning teams and external contractors.
• Manage HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Oversee inventory, assets, site security and controlled access procedures.
• Support facilities projects, office moves, space planning and future site developments.
• Manage facilities budgets, cost control and supplier contracts.
• Produce management reports and maintain accurate compliance records.
• Drive continuous improvement and high standards across facilities operations.
