RG Setsquare is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee integrated facilities management services at a key site in Templecombe. You will manage hard FM (M&E, compliance, PPM, reactive) and soft FM (cleaning, security, waste, catering), ensuring statutory compliance and high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires delivering strong client relationships, leading diverse teams, and driving improvements with KPIs and governance.

Rate: £25-£26/hr PAYE

General Overview:

RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM and Construction Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK. We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of integrated facilities management services at a key site client site. This role is based in Templecombe overseeing the delivery of a full suite of hard and soft services for the client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and client-focused FM professional who thrives in fast-paced client facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of hard FM services (M&E, compliance, PPM, reactive maintenance) and soft FM services (cleaning, security, waste, catering, etc.) Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practice Act as the primary point of contact for Thales stakeholders, building strong, trusted client relationships Responsible for the achievement of KPIs and SLAs, implementing continuous improvement initiatives Produce operational reports, support audits, and ensure robust governance and compliance standards Lead/support small works and project delivery as required

Proven experience delivering both hard and soft FM services in a client-facing, high profile environment Excellent understanding and experience in managing H&S, statutory compliance and building services Hands-on, solutions-driven approach and a can-do attitude Experienced in leading and developing diverse teams across multiple services Strong leadership skills
