Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee hard facilities management services at our Leeds site. The role focuses on maintaining buildings, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering service improvements.

You will manage contractors, monitor KPIs, and generate detailed reports for clients and internal teams. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' supervisory or management experience in Hard FM.
• Experience delivering multi-service FM contracts.
• PFI schemes and contracted support service experience preferred.
• Ability to analyse contract documentation and KPI performance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hard FM service delivery and contractor performance.
• Produce reports and analyse performance data.
• Manage service providers and support project delivery and tender processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and contractual obligations.
• Communicate with clients and contractors at all levels.
