Job summary

Potter Space is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the FM function across multiple business parks in the Leeds area. You will manage a modern HQ in Leeds city centre and travel to sites, delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service for tenants and contractors.

You will report to the Head of Asset Management and ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations while building strong tenant relationships and driving service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management within commercial, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance.
• Proven contractor and multi-site management experience.
• Experience of setting up and monitoring service contracts in a similar environment.
• Financial awareness including service charge budgets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regular inspections and schedule reactive/proactive maintenance.
• Oversee planned maintenance programmes.
• Manage contractors and supplier performance.
• Control service charge budgets and support investment planning.
• Build strong tenant relationships and support customer success.
• Ensure statutory compliance for the estates and head office.
• Maintain Crisis Management plans for each estate.
