Job summary

Park Avenue Recruitment is supporting a Local Authority in West Yorkshire to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee Hard FM services, statutory compliance, maintenance programmes and contractor performance across a portfolio including corporate buildings and schools.

The successful candidate will manage contractors, review FRA/LRA/EICR and PPM reports, ensure on-time compliance actions and monitor statutory obligations across the estate, collaborating with occupiers and property

Qualifications

• Extensive facilities or property management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical and BMS systems.
• Experience managing fire, legionella and electrical compliance.
• Proven contractor management skills.
• Public sector experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage Hard FM services and contractors.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance.
• Review FRA, LRA, EICR and PPM reports.
• Ensure compliance actions are completed.
• Monitor statutory compliance across the estate.
• Support audits, inspections and asset records.
• Work closely with occupiers and property teams.
