Job summary

Foundry Talent is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the delivery of Hard FM services across a busy, technically demanding estate. The role suits someone from a Hard FM, engineering or estates background with experience supervising maintenance teams, contractors and day-to-day site operations.

You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, helping ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Hard FM, engineering or estates background who has experience supervising maintenance teams, contractors and day-to-day site operations.
