Job summary

Maintenance Manager at Links House will lead facilities across CGHH venues, combining hands-on operational leadership with forward planning to maintain golf, hotel, and commercial properties at peak condition.

The role covers planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors, budgets and refurbishment projects, with close collaboration to minimise disruption and uphold exceptional guest experiences. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, building services, or property maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety legislation.
• Experience managing teams, contractors, maintenance projects and budgets.
• Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the in-house Facilities team across CGHH venues.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across buildings, plant and infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, compliance, accurate records and timely remedial action.
• Manage contractors and specialist providers for quality, safety and value.
• Deliver refurbishment and small capital works safely, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with golf, hotel and operational teams to minimise disruption and raise standards.
