Job summary

PGL Travel is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team of Facilities Operatives and Housekeepers, and to manage on-site contractors across our centres. You’ll oversee safety, maintenance, and the guest experience, reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager and driving high standards of quality and fun.

Based across UK locations with regional travel, you’ll apply strong leadership, risk management and hands-on facilities expertise to keep our centres running smoothly and safely for guests of

Qualifications

• Experience of hard and soft facilities management and risk management.
• Strong organisational and management skills, able to prioritise and deliver in time pressured environments.
• A confident leader of people, with previous experience in line‑management.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering and/or qualifications is a bonus, but not essential.
• Full driving licence and happy to travel across the region on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair and operations of buildings, grounds, activity bases and assets.
• Lead Facilities Operatives and Housekeepers and manage on-site contractors.
• Report to Regional Facilities Manager and ensure safety and quality of guest experience.
• Oversee safety and maintenance, handle incidents or breakdowns, implement facilities management policies.
