PGL Travel, Ltd. in Aylesbury is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team of Facilities Operatives and Housekeepers, ensuring maintenance, safety and a fun guest experience across sites.

You’ll report to the Regional Facilities Manager and coordinate with on-site contractors to keep buildings and bases in top condition. You will drive safety, organise daily operations, and manage incidents while implementing facilities policies; a full driving licence and willingness to travel across the

Qualifications

• Experience of hard and soft facilities management and risk management.
• Strong organisational and management skills, able to prioritise and deliver in time pressured environments.
• A confident leader of people, with previous experience in line-management.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering and/or qualifications is a bonus, but not essential.
• Full driving licence and happy to travel across the region on an ad hoc basis.

Responsabilités

• Oversee effective maintenance, repair and overall operations of buildings, grounds, activity bases and assets.
• Report directly to the Regional Facilities Manager and work with contractors to ensure safety and guest experience.
