Job summary

BJF Group's Facilities Management division in Poole seeks a Contract Service Manager to lead day-to-day site operations, ensure adherence to site procedures, and deliver planned maintenance to meet client requirements.

You will manage a delivery team and supply chain, mentor staff, monitor budgets, and provide technical guidance to the client while maintaining statutory compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication at all levels.
• Numerate and computer literate.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in recruitment and line management of a team.
• Proven motivational and influencing skills with high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to site procedures.
• Plan and deliver Planned Maintenance (PPMs) and Reactive Works; manage Small Works.
• Provide cost information and interface with Delivery team and client for chargeable works.
• Lead, mentor and manage site teams; ensure contract governance and escalation processes.
