BJF Group is looking for an experienced M&E Small Works Project Manager to join their Facilities Management team in Sandhurst, UK. This role involves the end-to-end delivery of mechanical and electrical small works projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of building services and exemplary commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Excellent commercial awareness to provide fast-turnaround quotations.
• Proven track record of managing small works from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and client consultations to identify project requirements.
• Manage project budgets and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
