Virgin Active is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and preventative maintenance of a full-site environment within a club in London. You will work under the line manager within the Maintenance Team, upholding safety standards and ensuring a well-ordered facility for members and staff.

The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the wider club team to maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Holds a City & Guilds Level 2 qualification or higher.
• Experience with facility maintenance and safety procedures.
• Proactive approach with ability to take ownership of issues.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain a preventive maintenance programme for the whole site.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety policies.
• Monitor fixtures and fittings to maintain order and tidiness.
• Complete daily and weekly site checks and keep records up to date.
• Respond to member queries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain plant rooms, basement, roof and fire exits to standard.
• Fulfil duty shifts and manage staffing and facilities during shifts.
