Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Site Facilities Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects at the Yeovil site, from definition to commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, compliance and delivery in a complex operational environment.

This role requires PRINCE2/APM/PMI experience, NEBOSH Construction certification, and strong stakeholder leadership. Hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package are featured.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with in-depth experience in managing complex facilities projects.
• Management qualification such as APM, Prince2 and PMI is preferred.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Strong budget, risk, and schedule management capabilities are essential.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources across governance processes (RIBA 0-7) and oversee cost, scope and schedule.
• Appoint and manage design, consultant, contractor and supplier teams.
• Lead HSE, CDM compliance and Permits of Work across projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, risk registers and mitigation actions.
• Prepare investment business cases and manage procurement and invoicing processes.
• Run regular project reviews with stakeholders and ensure close-out with proper handover.
