Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Yeovil is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Property and Real Estate to steward land and property assets. You will manage external interests, lead planning and delivery, and ensure compliance with UK legislation and LHUK policies while coordinating with tenants, suppliers and the Leonardo Global Services team.

You will contribute to the PI&EE function, support supplier management, and provide occupancy/utilisation reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with in-depth property and estates management experience.
• Recognised project management qualification desirable.
• Knowledge of property, environmental and construction services best practices and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver property and tenant projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and evaluate business cases for capital and revenue spend.
• Lead governance and planning across PI&EE projects (RIBA stages 1–7).
• Manage health, safety and CDM compliance on projects.
• Coordinate landlord/tenant relations and liaise with Legal and advisers.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
