Job summary

Leonardo in Luton seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate infrastructure and construction projects on the site, interfacing with key stakeholders and supply-chain partners across the enterprise.

Based in a hybrid role with occasional travel to other UK locations, the position offers growth within a high-tech defence environment, delivering Net Zero and security upgrades while complying with CDM regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure/construction programme management within a complex organisation.
• Client-side roles or consultancy background desirable.
• Experience leading projects through early RIBA stages.
• Experience appointing and managing design teams.
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations (2015).
• Degree in a relevant subject.
• Membership/accreditation by a professional body or working toward it.
• Experience in defence/high-security environments.
• Experience delivering net-zero infrastructure and workplace change projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the site infrastructure/construction programme to ensure safe, compliant, on-time delivery.
• Engage with site stakeholders and delivery partners to define, coordinate and implement the programme across RIBA stages.
• Ensure all projects progress in line with CDM regulations and Leonardo processes.
• Deliver a wide range of projects including workspace reconfigurations, refurbishments, M&E and security upgrades, including Net Zero initiatives.
• Collaborate with the wider site and UK FM teams to promote continuous improvement in project delivery.
