Job summary

Leonardo UK in Yeovil is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Property and Real Estate to lead stewardship and development of land assets across the LHUK portfolio, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate with tenants, the Leonardo Global Services team, and suppliers, manage planning, leases and compliance, and contribute to the PI&E function with reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with property and estates management experience.
• Recognised project management qualification desirable.
• Knowledge of best practices, legislation and governance in property, environmental and construction services.
• Experience across real estate transactions, leases and licences.

Responsibilities

• Lead property and tenant projects to deliver cost and time targets; manage landlord/tenant relationships.
• Develop and deliver estate/workplace strategy with PI&E; ensure resources are in place and budgets approved.
• Create/develop business cases to support Capital and Revenue spend; manage annual budgets and spend to budget.
• Forecast property and estates spend; manage project resources per PI&E governance (RIBA stages 1–7).
• Lead planning applications and liaise with Local Authority Planning Control; manage lease/licence matters with Legal.
• Coordinate property requirements with Infrastructure Projects for Leonardo clients; support QBRs and BCM reviews.
• Support recruitment of new Project Managers and contribute to departmental initiatives and continuous improvement.
