Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd is seeking a Site Facilities Project Manager to lead a portfolio of infrastructure projects for UK helicopter operations. You will own delivery from definition through design, procurement, construction, to commissioning and close-out.

You will coordinate internal teams, external partners and suppliers to deliver outcomes safely, on time and within budget, while ensuring compliance with legislation and LHUK policies.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional and/or in depth experience in relevant subject matter.
• Management qualification (APM, Prince2 and PMI) and/or demonstrable experience in complex live environments (RIBA, CDM).
• Experience across real estate and infrastructure projects with robust CDM knowledge.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project resources per LGS UK Facilities Projects governance (RIBA 0–7).
• Appoint consultants, design teams and principal contractors.
• Communicate specifications, scopes of work and designs to stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain detailed project plans with schedules and milestones.
• Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are approved before work.
• Create and update the Waste Management plan throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop investment Business Cases per company processes.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions and manage receipts and invoices.
