Job summary

Leonardo UK seeks an Environmental Impacts Project Manager to lead sustainability initiatives across the LH UK portfolio, ensuring safe delivery, budgets and timelines. The role is site-based in Yeovil with some home-working opportunities and strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

You will drive ISO 14001/45001/50001, manage utilities, and champion carbon net-zero commitments while developing practical environmental solutions across sites.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional and/or in-depth experience in environmental, sustainability or facilities discipline.
• Knowledge of sustainability best practice, legislation, risk management and policies.
• Willingness to attain Institute of Sustainability & Environmental Professionals membership targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional/technical advice to deliver infrastructure projects within plans and budgets.
• Ensure HSE arrangements comply with UK legislation and LHUK policies.
• Manage Utilities, energy and environmental audits and ISO management systems.
• Lead social value outputs from contract awards and oversee EV and solar initiatives.
• Coordinate with energy managers, sustainability teams and officials for permits.
