Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking an Environmental Impacts Project Manager to lead planning, delivery and commissioning of sustainability initiatives across the Yeovil site portfolio.

You will drive HSE compliance, manage utilities, and coordinate with Energy Managers and local authorities while supporting ambitious carbon reduction targets. The role blends field delivery with strategic change and offers hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with experience in environmental, sustainability or facilities disciplines.
• Knowledge of sustainability best practices, legislation, risk management and policy trends.
• Willingness to attain professional membership in sustainability/environmental bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional/technical advice to deliver infrastructure projects.
• Ensure HSE arrangements comply with UK legislation and LHUK policies.
• Collaborate with Energy/Sustainability managers and local officials for permits and licenses.
• Ensure legal/regulatory compliance for building regulations and safety codes.
• Manage HSE issues and ensure contractors work safely.
• Lead for Yeovil Site Utilities management and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Publish monthly utilities management reports and support continuous improvement.
