Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator for a 6-month FTC, based at Morley. You will handle calls, log inquiries, data input and support the FM Helpdesk Administrator across contracts.

Responsibilities include logging, prioritising, and tracking jobs, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the PPM and reactive maintenance schedules. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30 with an immediate start.

Qualifications

• FM Helpdesk experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail under pressure.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CAFM software.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all enquiries from clients, tenants and colleagues.
• Log all helpdesk requests via telephone, email and CAFM system.
• Assign work orders to engineers, suppliers or subcontractors by priority and SLA.
• Monitor progress and escalate at-risk or breached SLAs to the SDM Manager.
• Maintain data integrity and timely closure of job records.
