Pinnacle Group in Morley is seeking an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator on a temporary contract to support our Total FM Team. You will handle inbound calls, log requests, and assist the FM Helpdesk Administrator with contract administration, data input and reporting.
The role requires strong communication, organised approach, and the ability to work under pressure. You will contribute to keeping facilities safe, serviced and running smoothly for our education, leisure and corporate clients.
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator (Temporary Contract) to provide exceptional customer service and support by taking and logging calls to the Helpdesk, managing the input of data and generally assisting the FM Helpdesk Administrator in the administration of the contracts. You will be joining our Total FM Team based in Morley, LS27.
Our Total Facilities Management team delivers integrated asset management and maintenance services across education, leisure, corporate, health and residential sectors. We focus on keeping facilities running smoothly, safely, and efficiently - helping our clients create spaces that work for everyone.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our services. You will need excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
We are offering a minimum 3-month temporary contractworking from 8am - 4.30pmMonday to Friday. This role comes along with weekly pay, and it has an immediate start.
