Job summary

Pinnacle Group in Morley is seeking an experienced FM Helpdesk Operator on a temporary contract to support our Total FM Team. You will handle inbound calls, log requests, and assist the FM Helpdesk Administrator with contract administration, data input and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, organised approach, and the ability to work under pressure. You will contribute to keeping facilities safe, serviced and running smoothly for our education, leisure and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as an FM Helpdesk Operator or similar role with strong customer service.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with FM software (Evolution) and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answering FM helpdesk calls and logging jobs on the database.
• Managing PPM schedules and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Allocating work orders to contractors and tracking progress.
• Reporting progress to clients and updating SharePoint.
