Job summary

Equans is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford on a permanent basis. The role supports a 24/7 FM Helpdesk with 12-hour shifts in a 3-on/3-off pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will log jobs in MAXIMO, provide updates to customers, and perform general administrative duties while delivering high-quality service. The position requires strong IT skills and the ability to pass a Basic DBS check.

• Committed team player with excellent administration, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of IT with experience of using Microsoft Office.
• Role requires ability to pass a Basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive helpdesk support as part of the 24/7 FM Helpdesk at Broomfield Hospital.
• Log calls and update customers on progress using the MAXIMO system.
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the Helpdesk team.
