Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Site Operative to maintain Nesscliff Camp facilities for the Armed Forces. You will clean accommodation blocks, manage grounds, and help keep the site safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in general housekeeping and caretaking
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures
• Ability to complete documentation
• Basic IT skills with tablet use

Responsibilities

• Maintain camp cleanliness and ensure facilities are fit for purpose
• Clean offices, communal areas and accommodation blocks including ablutions
• Carry out general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming)
• Perform general building maintenance
• Conduct basic grounds maintenance
• Complete documentation using IT and paper-based systems
• Carry out additional tasks as required

Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

• Hours:08:00 - 16:00 fromMonday to Sunday. Shifts to be discussed at interview.

What You’ll Do

• Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
• Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• General building maintenance
• Basic grounds maintenance
• Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
• Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
