Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Glasgow is seeking a Workplace Facilities Coordinator to act as the customer-facing representative for the MOD FDIS Contract, delivering seamless facilities management support and an exceptional workplace experience for building occupants.

You will manage queries, log and chase work orders, conduct floor walks, support health and safety procedures, and build strong relationships with occupants while using CAFM systems such as Maximo.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, facilities management or workplace support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with individuals and groups.
• Experience using CAFM and Maximo systems to log jobs, raise purchase orders and run reports.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for facilities management queries, requests and issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with occupants to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Log, monitor and chase work orders on behalf of clients, directing issues to the correct teams.
• Conduct regular floor walks to maintain a clean, professional environment and report concerns.
• Support health and safety procedures, including active involvement in fire emergencies.
